Despatch of orders for goods which we do not have in stock at time of order receipt, will be as swiftly as possible, and generally within 1 working day following arrival of stock to complete your order. We may withhold delivery until we can complete your whole order in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We use a courier partner to deliver your goods, and can offer the following range of services:

UK mainland Next Working Day upto 10kg before 5.00pm           £12.00 +VAT.
UK mainland Next Working Day upto 10kg before 12 midday       £19.00 +VAT.
UK mainland Next Working Day upto 10kg before 10.30am          £29.00 +VAT.

The majority of our products are pack-sealed to ensure they are delivered in pristine original condition.

With this in mind, goods returned can only be accepted in their original, clean, unmarked and undamaged packaging, with seal in-tact.

Please contact us within 2 weeks of receipt, if you wish to return non-required goods, and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
